Common questions
How do I get started?
Create a free account at focusshift.app/login or sign in from the iOS app. The Free tier lets you explore; upgrade to Starter or Creator for AI generation, cloud sync, and voice cloning.
Web vs App Store subscription?
You can subscribe on the web (Stripe) or in the iOS app (Apple). Use one account — don’t double-subscribe. Manage billing where you signed up: web plans at Account → Subscription on focusshift.app; App Store plans in Apple ID Subscriptions.
What’s included in paid plans?
Starter includes cloud sync, AI script generation, voice audio, voice cloning, backgrounds, playlists, and monthly usage limits. Creator adds higher limits and the ability to share generated audio with others. See plans for details.

For privacy requests or account deletion, email [email protected] from the address on your account. See our Privacy Policy for what we collect and how to request deletion.
